Refund Policy

Returns:

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it

• In the original packaging (if applicable)

• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items are non-returnable:

• Custom or personalized items

• Sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

 

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at unionrebel0@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if needed).

 

Refunds

To request a refund, please contact us at unionrebel0@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request. If your refund, is approved, it will e processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your item and whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, etc.).
